parking issues

We just came back all the way from Big Island, and we didn't even rent a car, However we still had to pay it because of 7 days of parking fees had been charged in advance. Smells of the carpet could be improved

Affordable and at the center of everything. The area is very walkable and close to lots of parking meters and free street parking. Bus lines on this street get you to key places. I had a room on a high floor and the view was incredible! Had a balcony that looked towards the ocean. I didn't take advantage of the pool or laundry room, but nice to know they have it in case I want to return. The only negative experience I had was with the front desk. It wasn't awful, but they weren't the friendliest folks. I was disappointed with check-in. Andrew was the guy that checked me in. His customer service skills were looking. I was surprised to see that on his name badge his title read "Guest Services Supervisor". I would have expected more from somebody in a supervisor role. Overall, good value.

We enjoyed our time at Ohia! Had time to dip in the pool. It is a prime location near Waikiki - great for shopping and dining spots nearby. You can walk everywhere! Loved it

the property is in a good location. The parkade is terrible the worst i ever parked in and paid 35.00 a night. The shower was disgusting. very poorly maintained and cleaned. The hotel spends little to nothing to keep the rooms up. we turned the ac off the room was like ice. My wife took the blankets from the other bed. When ti maid fixed up the room she stripped the other bed so we couldnt use the blankets. The resort fee of 27.00 dollars per person was ridiculous.
all in all not a nice place to stay. for a few dollars more there is many other places to stay twice as good.
