"The hostel is in the city center and very close to the subway station which is great. The staff are very nice and helpful. The facility is also clean and in good condition. But my room only has 2 sockets (for 2 guests) which I think should have more of it."

"Would be more convenient when checking out to just leave keys in room or to have express checkout box on 4th floor as it is a pain to go down to lobby to hand in keys then have to go back up to get to skytrain, particularly at 6am in the morning."
