Unfortunately, we booked this place for 3 nights. When we arrived, the restroom was dirty (there was pee and poop on the toilet seat, which was very disgusting…glad I had some disinfectant wipes), there was a dead fly on the bed, and the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. The following day, the room was not cleaned…we got back and it was exactly as how we left it. So I had to go ask for clean towels. I did let the lady at the front know that our room hadn’t been cleaned. She didn’t say anything about it. The following day, our room was somewhat addressed…we got new towels and the trash was taken out…the sheets were not changed, but the cleaning lady halfway made our bed (one of the sheets was scrunched up at the end of the bed). They did have breakfast and a pool, which was ok.

I liked the people who worked at the front check in. She was great. This was a very nice room. Its great its near ron Coleman thats where we are going today but too back it cant be in mt ida.

Just outside your door you encounter a parking lot and the curb area is filled with cigarette butts and trash… Just needs more frequent cleaning… Rooms are clean, but exterior just needs a little more work☀️

This place surpassed my expectations a million times over! My family and I decided to start vacation a day early and stop half way in hot springs, we needed cost effective and clean! That is exactly what we got!! They have newly renovated the rooms and lobby so I am sure they will update pictures on the listing soon! It was very clean and I mean clean! And must give a shout out to the wall mounted blow dryer. BEST blow dryer I have used in a hotel in a while. Great temp and had a good speed!! Only critique I have is I wish there was a double lock on the door and curtains to give us blackout. However like I said they have just renovated so I am sure those upgrades are coming soon! Wonderful place to stay off the path!

The ac unit kept turning on and off it would get cold then hot it would never stay at one temperature i had to keep lowering the temp bit still got hot but other then that it was perfect

Very convenient to The Village. I do recommend they install room darkening curtains as the lights outside don’t allow the room to be dark for sleeping. Other than that, no issues at all!

Exceptional little inn, the buffet and mcdonalds within walking distance added to the convenience, cleaning came by 2x on the first day before we put the dnd sign out, feels very safe, pool was nice. Very likely to return.
