“As I had a long drive to Arkansas my quality of sleep was a big deal. The room was clean the bed was so good the staff and manager were so nice and responsive , I can’t point on anything literally but for those who need quick access to Hotspring might not be a good choice also for those who want a protein boost on their breakfast menu also this place might not be a great choice.”

The staff were amazing and helpful. This is a pet friendly property, both dogs and cats. The shower did not drain properly. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. ”

“Room was nasty. I didn’t even want to shower because bathroom wasn’t clean, and wore shoes the whole time in my room because I was afraid to go barefoot. Glad I had a travel blanket in my car because sheets were dirty so I slept on top of my blanket. No coffee pot in room or lobby. Advertised continental breakfast-even had sign at front desk-said they discontinued that years ago and told me to go to Waffle House across the street. Were rude. Empty vending machines. Lobby area dirty. Parking lot……
