Expedia lost the reservation. Place had no record of us when we arrived at 10pm. So part of the review is that Expedia failed abjectly. They never told us we were not confirmed even though we had an Expedia confirmation. We booked directly with the place the next day after having to find a hotel on our own since Expedia relocation services were awful. The place was not clean. Dead roaches. (We have photos!) bathroom was not clean. And the AC didn’t work and it was 90 degrees outside. They got it fixed the next day after we spent a very warm night and offered us $75 as compensation. They should have just comped the night but whatever. This place has potential. It could be super cute. The road noise from the freeway is loud so if you’re sensitive to that think twice. Location is awesome. Parking is easy. It is well stocked. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been and no AC in houston is just a deal breaker. So we give the place 2-3 stars and Expedia zero stars.
