“There was a loud party and /or arguing going on in another unit that I could hear. Place was clean, and everything was fine except the noise levels mentioned.”

“This property was clean and worked well for us. Beds are comfortable and there were enough towels. Shampoo, conditioner soap and a few coffee pods were provided. Will stay there again.”

“The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would have appreciated more instructions on how each access point was entered. There is an app to allow access. Sometimes you scan a QR code- which was not obvious the first time I used the door- sometimes you hit the picture of the door on the app. It was anxiety provoking to have access only through your phone. Convenient, but makes you extra anxious about not forgetting your phone. Also wish the kitchen had a bit more supplies. A couple of……

“Advertised as having a pool but it was closed. Also, no hair dryer, no ironing board. Had some trouble with the device to get in and out of the building. Host was unresponsive when reached out to.”

“The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through……

“Very welcoming host. He was available for every message and question I sent. This cabin was everything I dreamed of. Quaint, nestled in the corner, and squirrels ant ducks all over the place. My kids favorite part was the tree ladder! I even asked the host if he’d be interested in selling. If you are looking for a small, calm and peaceful retreat, this is your place. ”

“The bungalow was adorable clean neighborhood was great. Unfortunately, we had issues with the keypad. We had to call the host several times to get us in other than that. The trip was great. Would definitely come back.”

“I am writing this hoping it helps someone else not have the horrible experience we did. We got there and the pictures, especially the first one do not match the apartment at all. The sofa, carpet and areas in the bedrooms were stained and looked dirty. We were still going to stay, but after unloading our groceries, we found 2 roaches in the kitchen. We took photos and contacted the host immediately and left and had to go to another hotel. The worst part was that the host stated they would call……

“Area was very safe, clean and close to NRG for our weekend away. Host was very responsive to any questions I had and check-in/out was a breeze. Definitely would stay again!”
