No parking so include that extra cost when staying. I did. See lots of parking garages all around. Great location for the price, it was worth it. A few homeless people near but not dangerous.

This is a fairly typical downtown property. My room was one of the smaller ones, but clean and functional. I arrived late and departed early, so not much to say beyond that. The hotel restaurant was decent and surprisingly not over-priced. Parking turned out to be just $15 for a short over-night, so not horrible. All in all, not a bad experience.

The room was cleaned but had a weird smell. There was a lot of noise from guests on the floor above mine as well as on the side. I could hear people entering and leaving the room next to me. I also found a little unsafe the fact that the small access to my room and the one next to me had its own door on the little entrance. What if someone could get in there right after me and close that door? Being in downtown as well didn’t help much with the amount of noise you have around the area. But for an emergency and the fact that I didn’t book in advance it was nice having a clean place to sleep after looking around for so long.
