Hello, this has been probably one of the worst experiences and a hotel that I’ve ever had! Make sure you read the reviews because they are important and they are so true. that is why this hotel has such a low rating first of all the TV didn’t work. The remote didn’t work. The downstairs didn’t work. He wouldn’t bring us a remote control. He kept relying on somebody that was not coming because we never saw a manager and wrote to the manager, we checked in two hours late, because they didn’t have a room ready even though I’d placed a reservation and not get a hold of anybody from the hotel, not even Expedia could even after a report being placed via chat online with an agent from Expedia. I really love Expedia or I did. Rate a is zero for this place

Roaches, only worker I ever seen was the front desk worker. They came in my room and went through my stuff when I left a do not disturb door hanger on. Area nearby is kind of dead and dry feeling. When i asked if i was in a good part of town I was told no.. Interesting stay. Hotel just seems like whoever is managing it is letting it go..

When we arrived there was no power, no wifi and no pool access. I specifically booked this hotel for convenience and amenities it failed at providing what inrequired. The place looked a little 1 starish.

When I checked in the elevators were not working and the televisions were out. The elevator's just got fixed on6/4/24 and the TV's are still not working. I had to walk down to the end of the hallway and walk up and down the stairs carrying items and no TV without any kind of discount.

This used to be a La Quinta inn. The building and grounds are getting run down quickly as there seems to be a very lean team for upkeep to the building. There is also a strong musty moldy smell when you walk in and in the carpeted areas. Overall needs maintenance. Elevator was broken and I had to carry my bags down from 2nd floor. The attendant helped me take them up however so that was nice.

Day one tv not working.day one no work out room ( I’m sorr the door needs a new battery. Roach infested. Ever open a drawer and have roaches run out . Jacuzzi didn’t work . Best event I ever attended , worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at . Won’t be returning.
