Very easy to drive into the property, security guard all night ,the reservation on schedule, the receptionist a very nice person ,the room was really good and comfortable, thank you for all the good service.

Overpriced.Motel experience in extended stay.

There was only a guard to let us in after 10pm. The rooms had draft and bed sheet were dirty and pathetic. It was worse than a hotel. The a/c was not working and there was cold draft. My son became sick after staying there. Moreover it overpriced for this experience. It is not on par in standards compared to other extended stay hotels

Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: Cleanliness!!!!! The hotel seems rather old, but that is not the main complaint. There was trash left from a visit before.
Location: I am unsure. I checked in late and out early to go to a different location. But I do think Topgolf is close by.
I know when you stay at Extended Stays, they may not have the same care are some of the other hotels, but there was a HUGE stain on the carpet. The toilet was clogged. The staff at the desk was very sweet but for the price I found a stay at another hotel and canceled my reservation.

Pros: The hotel staff
Location: Convenient for a short stay for the price
The night ladies Danuta and another woman were by far the best part of my visit, just to highlight the one positive thing. I was first placed in a room that had a dirty toilet that ended up overflowing after I peed. The second room they moved me into was an upgrade (likely due to the overflowing toilet) which I appreciated. However, it was lacking a couch. I didn't need said couch but it speaks volumes about the lack of upkeep if a large piece of furniture like that is missing. In addition, the room was lacking a hair dryer and a couple other small items that just end up being an inconvenience more than a real issue. However, all these problems smashed into one night kind of make you reconsider ever staying at an extendedstay hotel again.

WORST stay ever

It was the WORST HOTEL I have stayed in. Air didn't work, pool not open during "Spring Break" Fire Alarm went off and there was NO STAFF at HOTEL. We couldn't leave cause I made a BIG Mistake to PRE PAY.... NEVER AGAIN

Clean, nice room, good price. For the second time in a row they didn't have my room and gave me another one instead.

It was a great experience I really appreciate the staff that work there. especially rahel she really made me feel like I was at home and really show the true definition of hospitality.

Convenient location but loud and outdated

Cons: Appliances, staff, insulation/noise reduction
Location: There are grocers and shops within a 5-10 minute drive. Perfect location for those working in the Energy corridor.
The location was perfect for work, but you could hear everything through the walls and none of the appliances or air conditioner had working screens. We never knew what temperature or time we were setting. They claim the kitchens are fully furnished, but they come bare and you have to ask for each thing you want. It took 3 hours to get an ironing board, well after it was needed to get to work on time. The staff were accommodating, but didn't have personable personalities by any means. For the price, it was ok, but I wouldn't stay there again. We had an infant and booked it with a crib, but they said they don't offer that once we arrived so we had to use a drawer. They shouldn't have advertised that if they don't even have them.

Good Location, Bad Experience

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights.. Got put in the wrong room.. Restroom was dirty.. Had the soap in the shower from previous guest. Requested small towels the first night, and they did not have any clean ones. Called the second night.. still no clean towels.. I have stayed in plenty of extended stays, but this is by far the worst experience I have had.
