    Beautifully located in Rice / Museum District / Medical Center and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and excellent entertainment in Rice Village.

    Centrally located in the heart of Houston, very close to the Zoo, NRG stadium, Toyota Stadium, Galleria, etc.

    3 Bedrooms for 6 people with one King and 2 Queen beds.

    Soaring ceilings and abundant windows lure you to a peaceful view of this beautiful neighborhood.

Great location for Rice Village and University

Enjoyed having the three bedrooms and layout was excellent for family. Perfect location to walk to Rice village. We did uber to downtown and also NRG and it was easy.

Stayed close to our daughter’s apartment. Very convenient to restaurants and great walkable neighborhoods. Very spacious apartment. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Great location

Great location, home is near Rice university and the village. Nice house, great mattress and towels. Somewhat dated home and the house itself does appear to actually share walls with another residence, but I didn’t hear anyone else. The garage is used by another neighbor. I felt very safe in this neighborhood and the owner was very helpful throughout my stay.
