Service and check-in was easy. I called beforehand, as I’m always late to everything and thought I’d let them know. I could’ve checked in remotely, but didn’t have space for the app, so did so in person. The person on the phone was very informative, helpful and quite kind. So was the concierge. My room was beautifully set, dishes all in mint condition, and nothing, not a bar of soap, out of place. Lovely. My ONLY complaint about the cleanliness is that for all of the attention to detail I did find crumbs of something breaded scattered on the table, floor and night stand. Not a whole lot, but still noticeable and slightly off putting. On another negative note, the area of the wall that the bathroom door lock connected to was smashed in (presumably by a previous guest) and prevented my locking the bathroom door. Obviously not a big deal when you’re alone or have your hotel door shut and locked, but still something I feel I should mention. Absolutely LOVED my experience otherwise, and (for my particular stay) was quite reasonably priced. I plan on staying again in the near future.
