“Large, sprawling property with good amenities for wheelchair customers but with long corridors that may be challenging for guests who have other walking aids or breathing difficulties. Excellent breakfast with a good range of hot and cold items and some healthy options. Warm and friendly greeting from staff on arrival. Large car park that empties out overnight but VERY busy on a Sunday morning (extremely difficult to find a vacant space). Easy to pay for parking using a machine in the lobby……

“酒店陳舊，內裏設施非常破爛，地氈感覺不清潔，房間隔音亦很差，酒店外面環境複雜”

“No problems with anything”

“Great for one night stay on way north to Glasgow.”

“Great location , staff and hotel in Huddersfield”

“Outstanding hotel. A real surprise and gem. Fabulous staff.”

“The young woman checking us in was not very welcoming, and when waiting for a drink while the other bar staff was busy away from the bar, she was stood at the computer and acted like we was a inconvenience when we asked for a drink. All the other staff was lovely.”

“Good location, but some things could be improved We stayed at the hotel and overall had a mixed experience. The location is very good—it’s not far from the city centre and also not far from the train station, which was very convenient. The first room we were given had a double bed, which was fine as I was staying with my daughter. However, the shared shower was not working properly and there was no hot water. Thankfully, Joan was very helpful when we contacted her and arranged for us to move……

“Only a one night stay, lovely place and very helpful, polite staff who seemed like nothing was too much trouble. Excellent”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right in the centre and so convenient for getting around. The apartment was lovely and clean, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. There were just a couple of small things worth mentioning — the fan in the bedroom was a little noisy, and the window didn’t block out all the light in the morning. But these were minor things, and overall we had a really lovely stay. We’d happily stay here again!”

“Was convenient. The breakfast was not so great but I like the hotel”

“Do not stay here. Very dirty & lots of spiders”
