Very clean. Staff very friendly and efficient. Great touches to the room including the Bluetooth speaker and the ability to cast to the TV. Comfortable bed. Lovely selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was amazing, so much on offer and very high quality. Will definitely be back as we're in Manchester regularly. Great location too. Review of The Alan Hotel The hotel was presented to a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and helpful. However, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. The £30 small pizzas were burnt on the underside while remaining undercooked on top, which was unacceptable given the price point. Additionally, the pillow provided in the room was noticeably worn and in need of replacement. Aside from these issues, the overall experience was satisfactory.
