If you're thinking of staying here, don't. Rooms are dirty and in need of updating. Floors including the shower are all soft and the place smells bad. The bed was the most uncomfortable ..not a good sleep. Was so glad when morning arrived so we could leave. Terrible experience for the ridiculous price we paid...

The property location is ideal for downtown Bracebridge, local restaurants, farmers market on Saturdays, retail shops. Rooms are dated and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling after a good torrential rain leaving the bathroom smelling musty.

The room was disgusting. We are not picky, but mould cigarettes and an unstable floor to say the least are a whole other level! The person at the desk moved us to another room which wasn't as bad, but no other room than the horror show was available for our second night and they wouldn't refund even a portion of the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND
