“The water main broke in the street. We had brown rusty water without any comments from management. Without any notice they shortened breakfast by a half hour. To get room cleaned had to notify the front desk each day. Still garbage wasn’t emptied during cleaning. Never asked our preference during check in.”

“The room was clean. The pool was not open yet I was still charged a resort fee. Our "remodeled" room was done very poorly. The bathroom floor was so warped you could not close the door.
