“Booked a handicap accessible room on line and prepaid. Checked in and room was not ADA compliant. Had a short toilet and no grab bars for assistance. Shower was a tub you had to step over and had 1 vertical grab bar, a second soap dish about forehead high was a head knocker. No grab bar to assist stepping out of tub. Also, had gnats coming from around the sink. We had no food in the room. Not sure why the gnats. Commented the above to the rude young woman at the desk and she said all the……

“Overall whole facility including outside was very dirty. I requested non-smoking room, but our room smells so bad... don't waste your money. I am not sure how they are still in business.”
