"I stayed at The Giri Residence with two friends for four days in mid-July. The hotel and location were gorgeous. We wanted a relaxing stay for a holiday and to celebrate my 40th birthday. While the rooms and hotel were stunning, we felt that customer service was very disappointing. The staff were nice and polite but they were not very attentive. "Amazing stay at One Ibiza Suites. This was my second time staying there, rooms are so spacious and clean, the pool is great too. The staff really made the stay though, so attentive and welcoming.
