Gorgeous property with beautiful views of the sea. Centrally located and walking distance to Ibiza Old Town. The service is excellent and extremely consistent throughout our entire stay. We took advantage of the half board option and were impressed with the quality and selection of food

Service was extremely slow, couldn’t even get water to my room. Staff never refilled the fridge. Food was very bad. Staff not friendly or accommodating at all. We checked in 1 hour AFTER check in time on our reservation.

This is our 3rd visit to The Twiins Ibiza. Excellent Hotel with great facilities, pools, and great location. Staff are excellent all around especially on the upper level with Ionela being a great host. Highly recommend.

I arrived late last night and I made them aware that I needed a late check out the gentleman placed a request on the system as I was given an upgrade which wasn’t a problem to be told at 12.00 that I can’t have a late check out considering my flight is at 22.00 ? Never had this problem anywhere but communication is really poor !

Only got moved here because my Expedia booking didn't exist when I got to my original hotel. Customer service refused to rebook it since prices had gone up (duh, my booking was made weeks ago) so I got put here. The wifi works only in rare circumstances. The laundry takes 48 hours and there were still many large wrinkles on my button-ups. The room service is extremely light. Basically your bed will get made and you'll get a new towel and that's it. The floors and walls of my room were not clean. The bed was uncomfortable, I sank low in it and woke up with back pain and I'm merely 185 lbs. Strict no guest policy and the buffets were not great.

Great hotel. All inclusive options are brilliant with proper cocktails and a good variety in the restaurants. Drinks service around the pool and entertainment on the evening. A good vibe round the pool, perfect chill out days. Staff were all amazing and were happy to help with any request. We will definitely be rebooking.
