“I go to a hotel mainly to sleep well, and that wasn’t possible here. The sheets felt like sandpaper, and the room was dirty from check-in. We asked for housekeeping and got no response, we waited until the second day, and even then they only dropped off fresh towels without actually cleaning the room. For a beach hotel where sand gets tracked in constantly, daily cleaning should be a given, but it was never even offered. We’d booked expecting breakfast to be included, only to be told at……

Lo malo solo q al llegar nos dieron una habitación que estaba ocupada , al Abrir nos llevamos un susto . Pero inmediatamente al poner la queja nos dieron otra habitación .”
