“Great treatment from Ahmed the manager he was very welcoming and accommodating. Loved the free airport shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and vs I felt very safe in the shuttle bus but not in cabs ”

“金字塔景觀套房可以直接看到金字塔、獅身人面像，頂樓餐廳吃飯可以體驗金字塔旁用餐，跨年夜來住真的非常適合，到吉薩金字塔景區也非常近。不過害怕音樂的人在跨年夜可能會睡不著，房間的隔音沒有很好。”

“Service is excellent, the price is worthy with the view. Facilities and hygiene are satisfactory. Counter would recommend but not hard selling tours to you. The only odor problem is from the streets which is out from their control. ”

“旅館離金字塔很近，就在金字塔售票口對面，白天可以清楚看到金字塔，晚上可以到旅館頂樓看金字塔燈光秀。我自己一個人旅行不敢放心去逛商店，旅館員工陪著我去逛街購物，很貼心”

“Sama hotel was a great place to stay!! Especially for the price. We were a bit concerned when we entered the building as going up the stairs seemed a bit sketchy but the floor the hotel is on is great! They have their own elevator too which made it convenient for avoiding the stairs. The room was clean and spacious, balcony was nice. The noise wasn’t too bad with the AC going considering the locals do not sleep lol. The breakfast was great and came super quick once requested. If we needed……

“首先值得一提是hotel.com的客服是非常幫得上忙，因為我要預訂酒店的機場接送，他們可以幫我直接聯絡到酒店的負責人取得WhatsApp ，使我可以直接跟他們聯絡上，可以預訂得到機場接送。雖然最後機場接送方面有點小插曲，但最後亦都能成功往返。 酒店方面員工親切，特別是酒店的負責人都非常盡責，在這裏需要特別表揚，謝謝你送給我的甜品及早餐，很貼心的服務。 住宿方面算是舒適，大堂華麗，只是房間有點舊（是可以接受的），但整體都很整潔，服務員都非常有禮貌和殷勤，在頂樓的泳池很乾淨，泳池的服務員也足夠，不停會為客人服務，整體值9.5分。 酒店的四周圍環境好像正在開發中，晚上街道都很熱鬧，感覺安全”
