Helen was amazing - she provided tea and coffee in the room, her breakfast was absolutely divine and extremely well organised, and the location was within walking distance to the beach and the main town. “I stayed in three different hostels for my first Scotland trip. This is the best one out of the three. Definitely I will return during my next visit to Inverness. This hostel was the only one that could accommodate my request for a lower bunk bed, which I greatly appreciated, as I needed to wake up in early morning.

Very affordable rates and just about 15min walk from the town center. It is easier to walk from Morrison, and for those needing to travel to the airport, there is a bus……

“Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away.
Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us.
Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day.
The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training."
They even unplugged our chargers and threw……
