“Room was very clean and smart. Had a lovely sleep in the king bed.

Be mindful though, we were told when we checked in that because we'd booked through Expedia we would have to pay nearly £15 each for breakfast. “Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away.
Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us.
Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day.
The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training."
They even unplugged our chargers and threw……
