"Clean and friendly staff"

"I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient early and late opening hours. However, my son was bitten multiple times on his arms, back, and legs by a large insect or mosquito. Despite moving our room, the damage was already done. They requested that I send pictures to the manager, but I never received a response. I wish they had done more to put me at ease, but overall, I had a pleasant stay with a hot shower and a super comfortable bed. "

"Excellent location for exploring Point Reyes National Seashore. It is close to Sir Francis Drake Blvd, but after the park closes there is little to no traffic noise. We came in early March & it was very peaceful with few people staying at the resort . There are no dining options close by but Point Reyes Station is a short 5-10min drive. We stayed in the basic double room. It was clean, but walls are a bit thin and we could hear neighbors talking. Bathroom was clean but had no counter space in sink area. Overall recommend staying here and next time we will get the newer constructed rooms with a bay view."

"Everything was very nice: great room, bed, shower - all very nice. The one thing that could have been better was the inroom coffee. The little pack of grounds that you set in the tray there - it does not make a good cup of coffee, not even close. "

"We had a super cozy stay. The Ruby had everything we needed for our one night and was super convenient to our hikes the next morning. The location was quiet and the coffee and eggs provided were an awesome touch. "

" Very clean, prompt check-in, complementary drinks at the bar, complementary breakfasts, although they did not have drink machines on the floors, there was filterered water on the ice machine. Soda’s available down at the food area, and snacks at the snack shop. Complementary rides from hotel to casino and back to room. I have to say I was actually really impressed with this Hotel it is definitely worth the state and it was extremely clean and beds were comfortable too. Bathrooms were very nice shower area ,and dip in bathtubs. Bathroom lights would come on whenever you walk in the bathroom so you didn’t even need to turn them on automatic censored bathrooms. It would even turn the fan on in the bathroom when using the bathroom area to go to the bathroom. That’s just a very nice hotel. I would stay there again "

"Got there rude service. Had a cockroach in out first room. Said parking would be free (still got charged for it) and breakfast vouchers we couldn't use. Horrible place and never ever go back."
