“We stayed three nights in December 2025 in room 1419. I’ve stayed at The Galivant before, and the location simply can’t be beat. It’s so close to Times Square and all the musical venues. The room itself was a bit worn down, but the beds were super comfy and the shower worked perfectly. The staff at check in and during our stay was very friendly and helpful, but at checkout they seemed to just rush us out of there without as much as a goodbye. “The location is perfect. One receptionist is ?very aggressive. Your hotel should definitely improves the training of the receptionists, or I am not staying here anymore.”
