“Tienen q mejorar el servicio de cafetería no tienen y los inquilinos son muy ruidoso en eso tienen q trabajar mejor”

“Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, as if it was just used. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet and on the sink. There was also hair on the pillows as if the pillowcases weren’t changed. There were people up in the shared living area and very loud until after 1 am. Worst experience I have ever had. I hope the property will make it right and refund me for my one night stay.”

“Para lo económico y pasar la noche con mis hijos no me puedo quedar...fuimos a disfrutar de ny no de esa abitacion para mi estuvo bien”

“Very quiet location and close to grocery stores and park. The owner was very hospitable.”

“An O”

“"We had a comfortable stay overall, but the kitchen was missing a few basic utensils like pans and other cutlery which made cooking simple meals a bit challenging. Adding a small starter set of cooking tools would make this place much more functional for guests who like to cook."”

“The accommodations were as advertised. If you’re looking for a comfortable, reasonably priced place for a group or family with free parking, this is a good option. We especially appreciated the tasteful décor, thoughtful furnishings, and spacious layout. The property is located on the edge of a rougher neighborhood, but we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The location worked well for our plans, we prepared some meals at the property and traveled into Manhattan for most of our dining……

“Not the most welcoming neighborhood but the place is good for a night or 2. I didnt like the camera setup in the kitchen watching over living area, theres no sense of privacy.”

“客房乾淨”

“Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.”

“Very clean”
