"The overal stay was okay. The service staff were very nice and the check in went smoothly. However the room was not cleaned throughly with burn marks in the bed sheets and hair still in the sink. The room we were in was also a non-smoking room but smelt as if a pack a day had been smoked in there for years. However the location and price were attractieve and the stay went withou any hickups "

Palace Inn & Suites - Newport News/Jefferson Ave

2.0 star property
Brentwood
4.6 out of 10, (52)
"This property is in VERY poor condition. I have many pictures (time coded) of holes in the walls when I checked in, absent refrigerator which was pictured in the original add, very poor cleanliness. The entrance to the lot has 2 very deep pot holes which have had no attention for a very long time. The wifi does not stay connected for more than 5 minutes between drop outs and has no security when connected. I am very surprised that Expedia lists this property on their site."
