"I arrived to claim my reservation. Called front desk. I tell them I’ve arrived the lady hangs up, I sit outside the gate for 45 minutes waiting to be let in to claim my room and such, and no one arrived. I kept calling and would be ignored. Never got my room. Don’t waste your time. "

"I love this hotel everything was amazing, but the room was small. They have multiple restaurants with really good food, a spa which i got massages in, a rooftop pool. I was blown away by how much it had, how nice the property was, and how affordable the booking was. Definitely recommend it 10/10."
