“Great staff, wonderful view with a store right around the corner.”

“Excelente”

“Great staff. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and they moved me to an upgraded room free of charge. Only caveat is the outside noise. The hotel is located where two uphill roads meet, so all the buses, trucks and motorcycles are very load because they're going uphill in 1st and 2nd gear. Can't really blame the hotel for that, but it can get really annoying. Other than that, the hotel good is great; free Netflix, supermarket right across the road, and walking distance to metro.”

“Me encanta el hotel. Limpió, tiene cocina, lavandería, sala, comedor. El personal muy muy muy amable. La ubicación perfecta. Siempre volveremos”

“Great location and cute apartment. But the walls are not sound proof, and you can hear everything from the neighbors to the outside cars and people talking all night long. There was also no hair dryer or iron like it said. And the comforter in one of the bedrooms had stairs all over it, making me question if it was even washed.”

“its my home in medellin”

“We come from Hong Kong. All the lobby securities are very nice, we do not speak Spanish but they do patiently offer us help. We appreciated that. We do have a noise problem during our stay, as we were in lower floor near public area. People would stay for chatting and chilling during late night and early morning. We contact the staff about it, and they have improved that problem. Location may not be in the center but the area is safe for living and 10mins walk to the metro station or shopping……

“The staff is very friendly, and they made me feel at home.”
