“it was such a terrible experience. When I was checking in, the owner explained that there is no key provided to enter this hostel but there is always a staff in shift to keep the seat for reception 24/7 so I only need to ring the bell to let the staff open the door.
So I checked out, and when I came back to retrieve my bags at 1AM, there seemed no one in the reception desk. I rang the bell but nobody came out, so I rang 2 times more and then a super angry staff, who obviously was sleeping,……
