"It’s a lovely hotel with great views right in the middle of all the action. Did not have a bar. I borrowed an umbrella and left it in an Uber and the front desk was very upset with me. I’d still go back again the rooms are nice. "

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality options. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and three different pillows to choose from, which made for a great night’s sleep. We also felt safe throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Medellín. 😊"

"This hotel experience was great , the location is awesome 10-15 minutes away from octava maravilla and 5 minutes away from provenza . The breakfast was always fresh and delicious with 10 different options . The staff was on point but the only downside was the cleaning company, the will only take out the bathroom trash or fix your bed but when it comes to cleaning the bath tub or bathroom sink I will give it a 0 star , one of my Contacts lenses felt on the sink counter and it was seating there for 2 days straight after they supposedly clean the room ."
