“This modern room was clean and good size. The receptionist was very helpful with our check in and Rhine Falls information. The breakfast was excellent!”

“It's not happy at first because the website said can add bed, means can be one more person to stay. Actually we have 3 people, 2 adults and 1 teens and the hotel website haven't family room or 3 people room to book, so I booked a room for 2. But when we arrived, receptionist said the room for us was too small, asked us to add 500 swiss Franc more for 2 nights to upgards the room. No choice because already paid online. “Lift funktionierte nicht während ganzer Aufenthaltsdauer (4 Tage), Parkhaus zu klein für Transporter, aber öffentliche Parkplätze ganz in der Nähe. Betten OK, Bad klein, Türe schlägt an Dachschräge, Duschtüre fällt immer nach aussen oder innen. Einfaches Hotel, zweckmässig, mehr nicht.”
