Very convenient if taking off the next am. We went to terminal and found early checking of baggage also. Only real problem is that this hotel is located on the exact opposite of where we dropped off our rental car. All told our experience went well

The property is undergoing renovation, however the staff is making the best of it. The lounge is located in a conference room but has plenty of seating and selection. The breakfast is delicious, high quality for a hotel. The airport location is convenient. Room was clean and spacious.

Property under construction. Lobby area was completely inaccessible. Room had a welcome card written to a different guest. Shower head was broken. A/C was very light and took a long time to cool the room. Convenient location next to Zurich airport but otherwise not a great property

My kids loved breakfast and Ali in the buffet Friendly staff in breakfast area But reception could do better Keycards don’t work after every 24 hrs and had to go back to reception almost every day to get them redone Otherwise overall good and convenient as close to train station

This hotel was extremely convenient to the airport. I liked that we didn't need a shuttle. The beds were very comfortable and the room was dark and quiet. However, the room was dirty in my opinion. There was trash on the floor when I arrived, the toilet smelled of urine on an airplane bathroom level, there was hair in many places such as the bathtub, sink, windowsill, there was a used shoe polish kit that had not been removed. Things like that. However the bedding was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. Check in was a nightmare- we arrived to a huge line in a hot and I air-conditioned reception room. We had not come from a flight, but I think if I had I would have found the experience exhausting. We specified many times that we wanted twin beds but were given the wrong beds in a room facing a dark interior courtyard. We were able to change rooms though without issues, but more time in the hot reception room. I give it an average to below average rating - easily fixed by the hotel by proper cleaning, air-conditioning and staffing.

When we first checked in the reception sraff was not the most friendly. We were looking for some water and soda after the flight. The only option we their robotic butler Jeeves. He arrived to pir room with more empty slots then full ones. You would think somebody would restock the thing after every visit it makes.

The check in process was terrible for the car. Because the car was not located in the "right place", i had to go back to the park pay 10 frks and come back to the reception. Then the reception said this is still wrong and that i had to leave the parking entirely, which i did, paid another 6 francs, left the hotel, came back again and finally put it in the right section. Was a complete disaster and i just came back from a long trip and my family was exhausted and waiting for me to jump between parkings in order to understand and fulfill the requirements of the hotel.
