“It's not happy at first because the website said can add bed, means can be one more person to stay. Actually we have 3 people, 2 adults and 1 teens and the hotel website haven't family room or 3 people room to book, so I booked a room for 2. But when we arrived, receptionist said the room for us was too small, asked us to add 500 swiss Franc more for 2 nights to upgards the room. No choice because already paid online. “Vor Ankunft gab es eine WhatsApp Nachricht mit ein paar Details, der Code für den Safe war leider nicht dabei. Dazu die Überraschung, dass es wohl doch andere Frühstücksoptionen gäbe wie bei der Buchung angezeigt. Der Schlüssel aus dem Safe konnte dann nur nach telefonischer Anforderung geholt werden. Die Rezeption war schon um 16:00 nicht mehr besetzt. Das Zimmer war in vernachlässigtem Zustand. Schimmelige Dusche, abgenutzte Türgriffe und Schlösser und auch sonst scheint sich keiner zu……
