“Cozy house, everything was in great condition & very clean. Beds were comfy with extra soft sheets. Night lights in bedrooms. Nice hot shower, soft towels. Plenty of rugs & cozy living room furniture for relaxing in the evenings. Covered parking. Older neighborhood but friendly neighbors & just about as close as you can get to Rocker B. “Great place to stay. Beautiful sunset/lake views and the dock was great for fishing. Caught several catfish and 2 nice bass. The home feels huge inside with big comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked and the toy shed was an extra bonus. We especially enjoyed the fire ring out front and making smores. They also have a really good bbq pit that has gas on one side and charcoal on the other.We look forward to coming back.”

“This place had everything we needed. It was very close to the church where we were in town for a memorial. The kitchen is well appointed. I can't think of a thing we needed that wasn't already there. There is plenty of room to spread out! My sister & I both slept quite well in our beds. The TV was a big plus, as our team was in the NFL playoffs. The property mgr, Teri promptly responded with our question, as did the owner. If I ever go to Springtown again, I hope the little rock house is……
