“The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens.……

“This place has a lot of great things going for it. It is only twenty minutes from downtown Philly, and only twenty from Sesame place. We only really had two critiques of it. The floors did not seem to be that clean, our daughter who was crawling on them had dark spots on her legs afterwards. Also the chair they have has stains and seemingly dirt along the side and at the edges of the recliner. Lastly, we reached out to the host for a quick question on the first night and they never responded to……

“DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well.
