“The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens.……

“Overall we were happy with our stay because the price was great and the house was clean, but we did encounter multiple problems which hurt our rating. The mattresses were uncomfortable, there was limited privacy, there was limited seating and lighting, there was no dish soap and no dishwasher detergent, there were no spare trash bags or spare paper towels, their was no toaster and the stove didn’t work, and there were very few dishes and silverware.”

“The host (Kano) is absolutely exceptional. Great communicator, super responsive and accommodating to requests. I spent 3 months at this property and it was a pleasure. Random positive: Lots of great plants in the apartment! A very rare epic spot in town.”
