“Wonderful location and fabulous beach area. Many restaurants and shops within a quick walk. We loved the swimming area and snorkeling from shore.”

“I am a solo traveler and when I arrived I had to carry my own bags to my room. There are no golf carts and I wasnt told until after taking my own bags to my room that they had people to take my luggage. I wish that service was offered to me. The first room I was given was so outdated. Wet mold spots on the wall paper, the lamp was broken and leaning on the curtain and there was a huge red stain in the sink along with stains on the toilet seat. The rooms were really outdated. They gave me another……

“Poor meals choices. Food was very salty, tasteless. Recycled lunch menu for dinner. Food was not label so you had no clue what you were eating. Staff attitude stinks especially front desk staff. Hyaat needs to do something with this resort as it is a slump. ”

“Loved the location. We walked all over the area very easily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though the climate is hot there, I would have loved a hot shower, but the shower water barely got warm.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect and it was a beautiful hotel with excellent greenery. While it is not located on the beach, the pool was great and it is ideal for exploring Willemstad. Highly recommended! ”

“The rooms are small! Hotel is extremely overpriced. The mattress is thin, pillows small and the cover was really thin. There is no mirror and the ceiling leaks when AC is on. The balcony is a joke. Pool area closes at 6pm. The employees at the restaurant pool area are rude and standoffish. They only cater to those who look like them. I am confused as to how this hotel has so many good reviews. The only good thing about this hotel is the area. Shaniya who works at the front desk was really nice……

“The Hotel is near a group of restaurants that play loud music at night. So if you want to sleep prior to midnight then this place is not for you. No TV channels to watch or a hairdryer to use.”
