“When I reached , I was instantly escorted to my Suite . However the hot water wasn't working very well and also the Air Con. When i called in for service , my room service arrived immediately and checked the faults . After an hour time the Air Con was fixed , it couldn't have been any faster. “Nice hotel in a good location in Jimbaran. Very good price with a nice swimming pool and breakfast. Staff were very nice and helpful.”
