“Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. ”

“Very good hotel, would recommend as we have stayed at many hotels around the world. Very tidy the staff are very attentive. We asked the reception for extra towels and we just got back to our room when they arrived! Very quick actions on any query. Large selection in the buffet area. The only downside is it’s extremely busy at dining times so can be very noisy but overall a very good hotel.”
