"Excellent hotel in Barcelona. An entirely different experience from ordinary hotels, thoughtfully designed in every single details purposely to capture customer satisfaction. The whole hotel is full of energy everywhere, in every details. Customer service was top notched, and the breakfast was insanely good. Best part is the location, just next to a major train station (Barcelona Sants) and 2 subway lines. Walk to La Rambla. Five star review. Will stay here again absolutely."

"In the evenings there are 3 restaurants with a nice variety. Also, room service. We went to restaurant on the second floor and were seated and given menus BUT when we wanted to order we were told we had to leave and go eat in the restaurant on the first floor. Very Rudely told. there were other people sitting there eating...no explanation just we don't serve that here.... maybe it was the time...but why give us a menu that you aren't serving. The down stair restaurant is more for evening dining and more expensive meals. Was not expended. Even a smile would have helped or an explanation. We speak perfect spanish so wasn't lost in translation. Otherwise an amazing hotel. Clean and comfortable. Reception was amazing.
