Room service skipped giving us everything that was supposed to be included in the dish then tried to charge us when asked for it and they got it separately. Room phone didn’t work properly and they didn’t change it even though we asked in our 5 days stay. Housekeeping was great. The Italian restaurant was superb and their service. Icecream is delicious. Ghooster reaturant service was BAD but food was yum. He……

“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. I was there for breakfast for three days and I could feel her passion for providing the best service to the guests. Moreover, I would like to thanks front desk……

“Very quaint spot. The room was clean, beautifully decorated with some additional nice touches like a very beautiful bathroom. It was very walkable, Great location and would highly recommend. The only issue is I was not able to easily get in touch with the owner via email. Check in was located in a, what looked like, a travel agency but this was not evident upstairs n arrival do I stood outside this hotel for quite a long time. It would be great if the owners placed a sign on their window……

“This is a lovely hotel with a small spa and both an indoor and an outdoor pool. Beds were wonderfully comfortable and the view was gorgeous. We'd stay again. ”

“房間超級小，可能只是一號房是這樣，但真的住得很不方便也不舒適。訂的是有一張雙人床的房，如果兩個人住帶著兩個行李箱，沒有足夠的位置讓你打開行李，行李箱打開後連行走的空間都沒有。浴室也很窄，浴室門很難鎖上，洗澡時水會越來越冷。地理位置很好，離巴士站和海邊很近，但酒店門前有一條很窄的樓梯，抬著行李箱上落會非常累。早餐一般。最好的是前台人員的服務，有禮貌並樂意幫忙。”
