“We stayed here for five nights shortly after the hotel opened, and while we always try to be understanding of teething problems in a brand new property, this went beyond what we'd consider normal. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the staff, without exception, pleasant and always willing to put things right when we raised them. That said, so many issues shouldn't have existed in the first place, which felt like a coordination problem. Our room hadn't been properly cleaned on arrival,……
