We had been driving for almost 19 hours and we’re just ready to go to sleep. I paid online which was 90. Then upon arrival they tell me about the $200 security deposit. I will not stop here again. Our fridge looked as if someone had been shot.. there were roaches everywhere and house keeping was not done to our room.

I would like to apply for a refund. We did not spend the night at the hotel. The manager is aware and has refunded as much as she could and is willing give a full refund. The hotel elevator was not working, the lobby hallway, and room smelled of marijuana. We did not feel safe there.

Bathroom was dirty and was told at check in there was a surprise $200.00 deposit for incidentals. Was not told up front when scheduling and the amount was high considering I was not aware of it.

Where to start??, Checked in and asked for print out of rules since a 200 deposit was required,was told there wasn't one and it was to cover calls and pets, room smelled and look as someone just left and no housekeeping. Walls, toilet, kitchen ect.dirty. Checked out and received rules printed that I was told I should had received at check in. At check out young lady took all pictures and comments to report and apologized, she was GREAT!

The bed had dirty sheets on it the floors has not been swept and girl working the front desk was the only staff in the building.

On the outside the property looks decent but the inside is definitely not the same! My room had bad stains in the carpet, the refrigerator was nasty, there were roaches in the room!! Oh my God!! I came out of my room and there were large piles if dog poop in the walking area and it was totally disgusting!! The hallways smelled like urine! It was very upsetting and a awful experience! The didnt even try to offer me a refund for the awful experience!! I also showed the assistant manager David the pictures!!

The light next to the bed would not turn off, had to unplug. There was no shower curtain. Smoke detector had a plastic bag over it (against code) and when the toilet over flowed, they told me I could come down and get a plunger! Told them a mop and bucket were needed as I had used all the towels available and still water on the floor. Terrible service by early morning staff. Checkin was fine.
