There front desk woman was amazing. She was there on the first night we got there and didnt see her again. Our first room was dirty and the tv didnt work sonwe were moved to another room and that room was dirty and the pfone didnt work and the ceiling was leaking in the bathroom. I had to ask for towels in the new room because there was none and the housekeeping lady acted like i just killed her dog for asking her to do her job. She was rude and completely out of line.

We went into the room and there was dead bugs, dirt , the beds were horrible and towels stained. Furniture and beds are from the 70’s. Also, there were homeless people outside the front door and in vestibule. We were there 10 mins and requested a refund. They said I had to call you for a refund. Then the manager came out and said she took care of the refund and put it back on my credit card! I think this needs to be removed from your site and I certainly hope I get my refund returned!!!

Falling apart and very very dirty ball hairs and crumbs all over the floor the restroom falling apart missing tiles very nasty ended up leaving the mom smoking rooms smelt like cigarettes very powerful never again!!

I was not informed you could not cook in the room. They told me to leave immediately. Our room was also dirty, the tv barely worked and there was no phone. They also did not provide towels so I had to go ask for some. Our room had used old tampons in there, dirty towels and I even saw a bug or 2. They refused to give a refund after telling me to leave. They should inform everyone at check in there’s no cooking in the room. It does not say it in the rules nor the website.

It wasn’t bad. Very quiet and everyone stays to themselves. Only issues I had were the room wasn’t all the way clean, the phone nor tv worked and we didn’t get enough towels. Other than that, you get what you pay for.

Motel 6 needs to go back to the drawing board
Walked into a room with the top comforter on the floor, the pillows piled on a chair next to the bed. The top sheet was not on the bed, no garbage can, no toilet paper, no towels, no shower head, the floor was filthy. The sink was clogged with what I believed to be a bar or soap so it did not drain properly. After initially entering the room from checking in after a 3 hour drive I needed to use the rest room only to find no tp in the room. After returning from the front desk which is in a separate building, I then noticed there were no towels to wash my hands or shower. I went back to the front desk to get towels and hand soap. The next morning I attempted to take a shower and then notices that there was no shower head. Had to wash my hair under the tub faucet. After a horrible nights sleep with dogs barking, people getting in and out of vehicles and loud diesel trucks I checked out around 6:00 AM and requested a refund because of all the items wrong with my room. The gentleman who had checked me in at 12:00 AM that same early morning was still working the front desk stated that he had already requested the refund and that room he rented to me was flagged for maintenance. I asked him, "so you never should have rented me that room?" and he said "yes". He even showed me the shower head out of my room. He stated I would be getting a refund but I will need to keep track of that. Also left my pillow there and was told it would be kept for me to grab on my way back but they tossed

Used soap bar on sink, empty water bottles in the trash, microwave had spilled hardened food, no hair dryer, shampoo, just one small bath towel, wash cloth and hand towel, outlets were in inconvenient places, no coffee maker and the bed had only a sheet and very thin spread (had to fold it to keep warm.
