We stayed here years ago when it was a Marriott hotel, and liked that Cracker Barrel was walkable ( who does not like Cracker Barrel ). The only issue we had was our TV, kept pausing and the picture was all pixels from time to time. So channels worse than other. We would stay here again, as it was reasonable just for an overnight stay.

A Longhorn Steakhouse, Waffle House, Cracker Barrel and Wendy’s are all next door. Breakfast is $10 extra so I went to the Awful Waffle instead… hotel breakfast would probably have been better or Cracker Barrel.

We didn’t get to the hotel until later in the evening and they had given our room away. Staff seemed annoyed to have to help us out. Some of our party ended up having to ‘sleep’ on the floor of a room that was too small for our group- they didn’t even have any mats/pillows to offer.

The price for this hot know unbeatable. For the price I paid id have expected to be staying at a motel 8. However the hotel staff were very nice and professional. I felt right at home. The room was clean and a decent size. We were able to utilize the pool and Jacuzzi both seemed to be in good shape and are indoors. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I made a reservation through Expedia on June 16th. I arrive at the hotel and the woman at the counter, Nhyla states that my reservation wasn’t showing and that it could take up to 15 minutes for the reservation to show. Long story short I end up being at the hotel, not checked in for two hours. I finally requested a refund through Expedia. I really don’t understand if the issue was the hotel or Expedia. Honestly I feel like the hotel worker could have been more accommodating.

Love that the Cracker Barrel, Longhorn and Waffle House restaurants are right next door. Great deal for continental breakfast for only $4.00 extra. Wonderful pools (indoor and outdoor). Really clean room and shuttle service. Excellent customer service when calling and checking in at desk.

The elevator was broke. Which, I understand things happen. But the staff checking us in wasn't apologetic at all, acted annoyed that we were even there. We all had 50 lbs suitcases for a long vacation. It wasn't fun trying to get those all up flights of stairs. The breakfast isn't free. That would have been nice to know before we got up early for it. Rooms were decent. Beds were good. It was pretty clean.
