“The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor didn’t work. There wasn’t one on the 1st floor. I take medication that needs to be chilled. Reported a broken lamp after checking into the room , I took a picture. The girl at the front desk seemed uninterested and couldn’t be bothered. Upon check out the broken lamp was mentioned to another girl, showed her the same picture, and she said there was no work order to fix it. But she would take care of it. First visit and it was really underwhelming……

“Prompt airport shuttle going and coming. Very economical parking while we flew. Professional and personable staff. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Amazing breakfast. Everything excellent except for pool area which was a real disappointment all 3 nights we stayed at Wichita Airport Springhill Suites. Neither pool nor hot tub were up to a comfortable temperature. The hot tub is dangerous with no step downs. Either close the hot tub or put in the standard 2‘6“ hot tub with two step downs and one……

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast served and it was good for a hotel breakfast. Our room (king bed) was clean and comfortable. All the amenities we needed were provided. Shower was very nice and enjoyable. There are restaurants nearby. There is also Walmart and Sam’s Club in walking distance. My only complaint was the pool. It was cold, and it felt like it never cleaned. Couldn't use it.”

“Found leftover items from previous guest in the room. Stains on pillows and burn holes in the bed comforter. Website listed “luxury amenities” like bathrobes to which there were none. Unexpected $50 damage deposit fee, not listed on website. Thankful for the early check in but would not book again.”

“We stayed the night in a queen suite handicap accessible, the room was pleasant the staff is wonderful and the kitchen wasn't what I expected it was better than I expected, the motel could use an upgrade on carpets and exit doors. the area is not good but you are close to shopping and restaurants. And this motel could be the diamond in the rough.”
