The hotel only had a vending machine. There were no restaurants or grocery stores close to be able to buy food at. I slept in a basic room on the second floor. There was no elevator. No staff is around to help. Basically there is a hotel checkin and out person during the day. Early in the morning and at night it is figure it out yourself as far as what to do or how to get around using the bus system to get to the train system. The hotel is not close to the old center of Munich

Not Good....

A very dated hotel in need of decoration and upgrade. The room, apparently was deluxe however there was nothing deluxe about it. Very old furniture, tired decoration - think 1980 and you have it. Staff were friendly but arrived at 8.50pm, told the restaurant closed at 9 so couldn't order any food. Breakfast was very basic - not even any juices because the machine was broken. Couldnt someone have bought some juice and emptied into a jug for all? Overall just very very poor.

We arrived middle of the night for a transient stay. One of the room has no light in the shower and i was told they have nothing they could do since no one can fix it at that time. They offered us 1 room on separate floor. I did not take it as it will be our kids room. Opted to stay in the same room and use the main room lamp to light up the bathroom. Hours later, they offered us to move to the business rooms. It was a nice gesture but to stay for 1night, with few hours left, not so reasonable to transfer and we were all tired already. Breakfast was OK.

False marketing and delayed check-in

When checking in after 15:00, the cleaning of the room was still ongoing, so we had to wait further. There dermed to be no coordination between reception and cleaning personnel. There was pictures of a swimming pool when selecting the hotel, but when checking in we were informed that the pool had been closed in 2022. False marketing as we selected the hotel over other hotels because of the pool only to find out this was not part of the stay.

Be careful, the pictures are lying. We chose this hotel because the room looked very nice on the pictures. The room we received was old, dirty, the sheets on the beds had stain like mold and we had to ask to change them. On our arrival the person at the reception didn’t say hello, she only said that the checkin was at 3PM and that we had to come back later. We booked a room for 2adults and 2 children and they gave us only 2 towels and 2 duvets for 1 persons. When we asked for one more duvet, the person at the reception didn’t understand why we needed another one… The WiFi was terrible and the bathroom looked like they haven’t renovate it since 1970!!! The only good point is that the beds are very comfortable. There is also a good Asian buffet restaurant across the street. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Gut war das Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Die Betten waren für uns als Familie zu klein. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der Nacht war es leider mir offenen Fenster laut.
