“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“This was our second stay at the Barcelo Aruba. The hotel is ideally situated for us in the Palm Beach area. The staff in the hotel were excellent, particularly in The Beach Club where we mostly went to for breakfast and lunch where we were looked after by Claudia, Fernanda and Anny. In the Arubian Seafood Restaurant we were looked after by Edgard. The hotel has a very nice reception and lobby bar area, fantastic pool area with a short walk to the Barcelo Beach area. “I really enjoyed my stay at the Divi All Inclusive. The hotel staff were nice but the service at the inclusive restaurants was mediocre. A must try is Ginger at the Tamarijn! ”

“Very safe and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is not the best. The Red Parrot is the best restaurant option. Pure Lime, the Mexican restaurant doesn’t know what queso is. They served melted Jack cheese. Great beds! Very comfortable sleep. ”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“My wife and I (both 26) visited RIU for our honeymoon and it was an amazing time! This place had everything we were looking for in a resort and it was our first time in Aruba and staying at a RIU. We love a mix of activities and also being able to relax and this place had the perfect balance of both. “This property was great. All the staff were very friendly and eager to assist. The only downside was the reservation process for the all inclusive restaurants. They can only be booked 2 days in advance and usually our options were 5pm or 8pm”
