The street is narrow and parking is sparse, so be prepared to parallel park and walk up to a block or so on an incline. “Please read this before booking this property. The pictures are somewhat deceiving. And the area didn’t feel safe. The kitchen area is nice. That’s where it ends. There is built up dust in the corners of carpet, the couch arm was covered in dirt, the big rug in the living room is dirty, and the outside area is all torn up. On the second night of our stay, we saw a man walking down the street with a large kitchen knife, looking like he was on a mission. He then came back and hung out in……

“We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and had a nicely appointed kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, which was a great bonus. The towels and toiletries were excellent quality, and having a washer and dryer made our stay even more convenient. The location is fantastic if you're planning to walk to the baseball stadium or explore downtown. However, because it's in such a busy area, be prepared for a lot of nighttime noise from traffic and people on the street. We ended……
