“Check in was difficult because there are two separate buildings and I was not given a room number or door code or instructions about which building I was supposed to be in. The hotel spammed my email with literally 18 messages most of which were redundant and others which had links that didn’t work. The actual room was fine and in a nice area. Unfortunately for me, my particular room was directly above a bar that played loud thumping music past 2:30 in the morning on a Monday. I asked the bar if……

“We love staying at this location when we come to Louisville. It’s a great apartment that is conveniently located. Love the view of the Big Four Bridge at night!”

“The location was convenient, with several restaurants within easy walking distance. The studio matched the listing, with a bed, pullout couch, TV, small dining table, kitchenette, and standing mirror in one open room. It was mostly clean, although we did find a fake fingernail near the couch. The space felt functional rather than thoughtfully finished. There were adhesive strips and nails still on the walls where artwork appeared to have been removed. Our room overlooked a busy intersection, so……
