“Good street for bars and food- 30ish min walk from actual downtown louisville area. Issue at first but resolved and communicated well by owners. Stay if you want to support a family business instead of a hotel corporation!”

“Upscale boutique hotel. But I can't figure out what I'm paying for. Service? There is none. Parking? On your own. Luxury? A mix of modern appointments and cheap ass particle board in unfinished concrete floors. No room service or housekeeping. No staff. Check in code didn't work. Great location on bardstown Rd w shops and dining options and bars. I'm a vendor for pride festival, and it's the only hotel on site.”

“Check in was difficult because there are two separate buildings and I was not given a room number or door code or instructions about which building I was supposed to be in. The hotel spammed my email with literally 18 messages most of which were redundant and others which had links that didn’t work. The actual room was fine and in a nice area. Unfortunately for me, my particular room was directly above a bar that played loud thumping music past 2:30 in the morning on a Monday. I asked the bar if...

“Manager is rude, untrustworthy and argumentative. I booked and paid for 8 days and on day 7 was woken up by the manager beating on the door, saying that I needed to pay for the 8th day (that had already been paid for) or leave. When I provided proof that I had already paid for all 8 days, she became even more rude and argumentative, refusing to acknowledge the proof I provided and forced me to leave, without refunding me for the last day.”

“None of the door codes texted to me at the allocated check in time worked.. not the rear lobby, not the front building door, not the roo. Door. Nothing. No good explanation from the host…just . Oh that happens sometimes. Major headache when you can’t even access the building.”
