This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home is close to local attractions, shopping, dining, and more, all while being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on the sound side of the Outer Banks. Take advantage of quick and easy walkability to the playgrounds and restaurants in the surrounding area and don't forget to bring your bikes for a fun ride up to the nearby Wright Brothers Memorial! And when it's time to hit the beach, the closest beach access with parking is just 1-mile away!

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this secluded neighborhood as soon as you get settled into the spacious parking area. Step inside where the main level of the home features a spacious living area with plenty of natural light and welcomes you into your week of relaxation. Soak in the bright and airy living space that includes plenty of comfortable furnishings, all centered around a flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen with marble countertops is perfect for chefs of all skill levels to whip up their favorite seafood masterpiece! The adjoining dining area comfortably seats five and doubles as the perfect spot for pulling out your favorite board game for a little family-friendly competition. When it's time to settle down for the night, you'll rest easy in one of the three comfortable bedrooms all located down the hallway. Get some rest in the King Master Bedroom with a TV and its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo or the Queen Bedroom with a TV. The third and final bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and easy access to one of the 2 Hallway Bathrooms. Each of these rooms is comfortable and tastefully decorated to ensure the ultimate comfort while you stay at RVA Hideaway on vacation. Downstairs, a driveway and carport offer plenty of parking. A covered entry by the carport provides access to a convenient laundry area with a couch. After a day of playing in the sun and sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower located behind the house. An outdoor eating area makes dining al fresco a breeze since it's located under the carport and offers plenty of shade.

Make your way out back to the large, fenced backyard where your four-legged canine family members can play freely while there is plenty of space in the neighborhood for the kiddos to ride their bikes and enjoy the area. Whip up something delicious to eat in the picnic area as you kick back in the evening and unwind under the clear Outer Banks' starry skies. At the end of a fun and exciting day on the Outer Banks, unwind in the warm, bubbly Hot Tub where you can rest your muscles and truly discover what it means to relax.

One of the things that you are sure to love about RVA Hideaway is its amazing access to restaurants and shops in Kill Devil Hills while still being conveniently located in a quiet, cozy neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main road! Visitors to RVA Hideaway will love staying in the heart of Kill Devil Hills! Close to great restaurants, shopping centers, and local attractions, there will always be something to do or see. The kids will love playing a few rounds at the Lost Treasure mini-golf course. To learn more about the history of the Outer Banks, visit the Wright Brothers Memorial which honors the first heavier-than-air powered flight made by the Wright Brothers right here in the dunes! When you get hungry, stop by Stack'em High Pancakes for breakfast, the Bonzer Shack for a delicious laid-back coastal lunch (play some corn hole in the fenced-in backyard area), or the Outer Banks Brewing Station for dinner and nighttime entertainment. For your caffeine fix, stop by Front Porch Café and grab a hot or cold coffee to take back to your rental. Shops with groceries, souvenirs and other supplies are all available within a short driving distance. Don't forget the Brew Thru a little over a mile south to stock up on ice for the beach or adult beverages!
Plus, your home is in a great location to either take a road trip north to Corolla or south to Hatteras Island! RVA Hideaway is also within walking distance of Run Hill State Natural Area (it's like a smaller Jockey's Ridge!). Explore the sandy preserve and climb the dunes.
