Updates for 2025 include a reconstructed dune walkover to the ocean, making it even easier to enjoy the beach.

Perfectly positioned near top shopping and recreational spots in the Outer Banks, you'll also be just a stone's throw from the iconic Wright Memorial, located directly to the west, with some of the west-facing bedrooms offering lovely views of this historic monument.

Updates for 2024 featured refreshed bedding and all-new ceiling fans, while 2023 brought an oceanfront swing bed on the mid-level deck, perfect for afternoon naps in the ocean breeze. Additional enhancements included a double set of washers and dryers, kitchen appliances (including two refrigerators), and professional decor with new living and dining furniture. The home now boasts new chandeliers, fresh paint throughout, larger TVs in every bedroom, new kitchen items and serving pieces, polywood deck furniture, and high-end Italian chaise loungers by the pool.

Family vacation

Property is in a great location and the house was beautiful. Cleaning could definitely use some work. Picnic bench was broken and the walkway to beach definitely could use some TLC but overall the house is very nice and well stocked.
